Simple Side Note 1.0.1: Rich Text and Safer Note Saving

Update summary: Version 1.0.1 improves the first editing workflow with useful text formatting, more dependable saving, and a clearer side-panel experience. Why formatting belongs in a small notepad The first Simple Side Note release focused on capturing text without leaving the browser. Real use quickly showed that plain text was not always enough.
