Phrase Hero 1.1.0: Review Only the Phrasal Verbs You Missed
Update summary: Phrase Hero 1.1.0 adds a focused review round for incorrect and skipped questions, while keeping review separate from scores and unlock progress.
The problem with replaying an entire quiz
The first version of Phrase Hero made short phrasal-verb practice easy, but it treated every question equally after a round ended. If you missed only three expressions, the only option was to replay questions you already knew as well.
Version 1.1.0 adds a smaller loop: finish a round, identify the weak expressions, and practise only those items again.
How missed-answer review works
During a normal round, Phrase Hero records questions that were answered incorrectly or skipped. The completion screen then displays a Review mistakes (N) action when there is something to revisit.
Selecting it starts a new round containing only those questions. This makes the next action obvious and removes repeated questions that do not need immediate attention.

The review round deliberately does not change:
- the score from the completed round;
- world progress;
- star ratings;
- unlock state.
That separation prevents a learner from inflating progress by repeatedly replaying a tiny set. A normal round measures progress; a review round is simply practice.
A practical way to use the feature
- Complete a normal Level 1 or Level 2 round.
- Do not restart immediately after every wrong answer.
- Finish the round so that Phrase Hero can collect the missed set.
- Select Review mistakes on the completion screen.
- Read the completed example sentence even when the second answer is correct.
If you still miss an expression, write one new sentence with it. The extension supplies retrieval practice, while your own sentence helps connect the phrase to a situation you care about.
Clearer world availability
Version 1.1.0 also marks worlds without content as Coming soon. Earlier builds allowed a learner to enter an empty world, which looked like a loading or data error. The updated state makes the limitation explicit before navigation.
The statistics shown in the introduction view were also aligned with the actual number of phrases, worlds, and levels available in this release.

Why this small update matters
The visible feature is one button, but the product decision is about feedback loops. A useful learning tool should help the learner move from “I got something wrong” to “this is the exact item I should practise next.” Version 1.1.0 makes that path shorter without turning practice into artificial score progress.
